SHIPPING

Due to COVID-19 and Brexit your order may incur delivery delays and delivery times given on shipping options are estimates by Royal Mail. 

We provide UK, European, USA and Canadian shipping, but please note taxes and duties may be incurred. We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any custom taxes or duties. These are to be paid by the customer and we are not responsible for any costs.

Orders will be processed Monday-Friday.

-UK Shipping

We ship with Royal Mail Tracked and is aimed to deliver in 2-3 working days.

Free UK shipping applies when you spend £60 or more. 

Standard shipping is £4.95

-Europe

We ship with Royal Mail International Tracked. Royal Mail estimates 3-5 working days for delivery. 

International shipping costs will be shown at checkout and does not include possible taxes.

Delivery time may be extended due to customs. 

 - USA

We ship with Royal Mail International Tracked. Royal Mail estimates 5-7 working days for delivery. 

International shipping costs will be shown at checkout and does not include possible taxes.

Delivery time may be extended due to customs. 

- Canada

We ship with Royal Mail International Tracked. Royal Mail estimates 5-7 working days for delivery.

RETURNS POLICY

All products are checked before they are dispatched to make sure they are in perfect condition, however if you do have any issues regarding your order or a faulty product we are happy to help!
If you would like to make a return or exchange please email at contactfredmae@gmail.com within 14 days and we will provide further shipping information. 
We do not currently provide free returns and you must cover all shipping and tax costs. 
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if items are unused with the swing tag still attached and must be returned within the original packaging. If items are not returned in this condition or are damaged they will not be accepted. 
Please request a receipt with a tracking number for proof of sending your return.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
